I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the Great Mall with all necessary food sources nearby, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was a great addition, but the dining options could be more diverse. The cozy rooms with spacious beds and convenient amenities made my stay truly comfortable.

Staying at this hotel was convenient overall. The rooms were generally comfortable, but the noise from the washroom below was disruptive. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean and came with a complimentary breakfast, but they would shake and make noise at all hours which was a bit bothersome. I appreciated the professional attitude and helpfulness of the manager and staff. The location was convenient for some, being within walking distance to the Great Mall, but personally, it was out of the way for me. The dining options, although satisfactory, could have been better given the high rates for the room. Overall, the hotel provided value for money but had room for improvement in certain aspects.
